* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/neteconet/ec.h: New file. Support for
AF_ECONET sockets as found in recent Linux 2.1 kernels.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Dist: Distribute it.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile: Install it.
