dt-bindings: serial: Change to reference the kernel-defined serial.yaml
The /schemas/serial.yaml from dt-schema only has the property $nodename, whereas the kernel-defined /schemas/serial/serial.yaml contains more useful properties, support for more complex application scenarios.
