Documentation: remove references to /etc/modprobe.conf
Usage of /etc/modprobe.conf file was deprecated by module-init-tools and is no longer parsed by new kmod tool. References to this file are replaced in Documentation, comments and Kconfig according to the context. There are also some references to the old /etc/modules.conf from 2.4 kernels that are being removed. 2.2 Configuration
The configuration requires module configuration and device
-configuration. I like kmod or kerneld process with the
-/etc/modprobe.conf file so the modules can automatically load/unload as
-they are used. The video devices could already exist, be generated
-using MAKEDEV, or need to be created. The following sections detail
-these procedures.

2.1 Module Configuration
Using modules requires a bit of work to install and pass the

alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
options parport_pc io=0x378 irq=none
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 c-qcam

2.2 Device Configuration
At this point, we need to ensure that the device files exist.
