drm/amdkfd: Expose GFXIP engine version to sysfs
Add u32 gfx_target_version field to kfd_node_properties and kfd_device_info. Populate <asic>_device_info structs accordingly and expose to sysfs. This allows eliminating device-ID-based lookup tables in user mode for future ASICs.
