drm/amdkfd/kfd_mqd_manager_v10: Avoid fall-through warning
In preparation to enabling -Wimplicit-fallthrough, this patch silences
the following warning:

This bug was found thanks to the ongoing efforts to enable
-Wimplicit-fallthrough.
