drm/tegra: dc: Implement hardware VBLANK counter
The display controller on Tegra can use syncpoints to count VBLANK events. syncpoints are 32-bit unsigned integers, so well suited as VBLANK counters. Signed-off-by: Thierry Reding <treding@nvidia.com>
