coresight: syscfg: Fix compiler warning
This fixes warnings with -Wimplicit-function-declaration, e.g.
drivers/hwtracing/coresight/coresight-syscfg.c:455:15: error:
implicit declaration of function 'kzalloc' [-Werror,
-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
