RDMA/core: Annotate destroy of mutex to ensure that it is released as unlocked
While compiled with CONFIG_DEBUG_MUTEXES, the kernel ensures that mutex is not held during destroy. Hence add mutex_destroy() for mutexes used in RDMA modules.
