net: lan78xx: Avoid unnecessary self assignment

Clang warns when a variable is assigned to itself.

                        offset = offset;
                        ~~~~~~ ^ ~~~~~~
1 warning generated.

Reorder the if statement to acheive the same result and avoid a self
assignment warning.
