pinctrl: mediatek: emulate GPIO interrupt on both-edges
MTK EINT does not support generating interrupt on both edges. Emulate this by changing edge polarity while enable irq, set types and interrupt handling. This follows an example of drivers/gpio/gpio-mxc.c.
