thunderbolt: Rename tunnel_pci to tunnel
In order to tunnel non-PCIe traffic as well rename tunnel_pci.[ch] to tunnel.[ch] to reflect this fact. No functional changes. Signed-off-by: Mika Westerberg <mika.westerberg@linux.intel.com>
