Merge tag 'irqchip-4.21' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/maz/arm-platforms into irq/core
Pull irqchip updates from Marc Zyngier:
- A bunch of new irqchip drivers (RDA8810PL, Madera, imx-irqsteer)
