staging/wlags49_h2: checkpatch: including <linux/*.h> instead of <asm/*.h>
As warned by checkpatch.pl, one should use #include <linux/io.h>
instead of #include <asm/io.h> and #include <linux/bitops.h>
instead of #include <asm/bitops.h>.
