sched/debug: Clean up schedstat macros
The schedstat_*() macros are inconsistent: most of them take a pointer and a field which the macro combines, whereas schedstat_set() takes the already combined ptr->field. The already combined ptr->field argument is actually more intuitive and easier to use, and there's no reason to require the user to split the variable up, so convert the macros to use the combined argument.
