ASoC: soc.h: Add SOC_SINGLE_S_EXT_TLV macro
Add a SOC_SINGLE_S_EXT_TLV macro as a convenience wrapper
around SOC_DOUBLE_R_S_EXT_TLV for mono volume controls.
