Select HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS rather than GENERIC_HARDIRQS in MN10300's main
Kconfig file to avoid this warning:
warning: (MN10300) selects GENERIC_HARDIRQS which has unmet direct dependencies (HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS)
