[POWERPC] Add AT_PLATFORM value for Xilinx Virtex-4 FX
Jakub noticed the cputable.c entry for Xilinx Virtex-4 FX was missing
a .platform value, so the AT_PLATFORM value wouldn't be set correctly.
This adds it.
