[PARISC] Stub out pselect6/ppoll until TIF_RESTORE_SIGMASK is done
Swap out pselect6/ppoll for ni_syscall for now. We also have to switch
the macro to ENTRY_SAME since compat_sys_ni_syscall does not exist.
