ALSA: hda/hdmi - fix vgaswitcheroo detection for AMD
Only enable the vga_switcheroo logic on systems with the
ATPX ACPI method. This logic is not needed for asics
that are not part of a PX (PowerXpress)/HG (Hybrid Graphics)
platform.
