ASoC: Intel: sof_rt5682: Enable Bluetooth offload on tgl and adl
Enable BT audio offload for TGL/ADL drivers with the following
board configs specifically:
SSP0 - Headsets
SSP1 - Speaker amps
SSP2 - Bluetooth audio
