staging: zoran: add SPDX GPL-2.0+ license identifier
Add the SPDX GPL-2.0 license identifier to fix checkpatch.pl warning.
Issue found by checkpatch.pl warning:
"WARNING: Missing or malformed SPDX-License-Identifier tag in line 1"
