powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL
Since commit cb74ed278f80 ("audit: always enable syscall auditing when
supported and audit is enabled") we no longer need to set
CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL in our defconfigs.
