powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_DEVPTS_MULTIPLE_INSTANCES
Since commit eedf265aa003 ("devpts: Make each mount of devpts an
independent filesystem.") we no longer need to set
CONFIG_DEVPTS_MULTIPLE_INSTANCES in our defconfigs.
