powerpc/configs/6xx: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_TIMER_STATS
Since commit dfb4357da6dd ("time: Remove CONFIG_TIMER_STATS") we no
longer need to set CONFIG_TIMER_STATS in our defconfigs.
