powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_VMX_ENCRYPT
Since commit ccf5c442a1b8 ("crypto: vmx - Convert to CPU feature based
module autoloading") we no longer need to set
CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_VMX_ENCRYPT in our defconfigs.
