Now that all media documentation was converted to Sphinx, we
should get rid of the old DocBook one, as we don't want people
to submit patches against the old stuff.

Drop the 'experimental' annotations. The only remaining part of the API
that is still marked 'experimental' are the debug ioctls/structs, and
that is intentional. Only the v4l2-dbg application should use those.
All others have been around for years, so it is time to drop the
'experimental' designation.

That solves several merge conflicts:
Documentation/DocBook/media/v4l/subdev-formats.xml
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/vendor-prefixes.txt
drivers/staging/media/mn88473/mn88473.c
include/linux/kconfig.h
include/uapi/linux/media-bus-format.h
The ones at subdev-formats.xml and media-bus-format.h are not trivial.
That's why we opted to merge from DRM.

Change the constant values for RGB444_1X12, RGB565_1X16, and YUV8_1X24 media
bus formats in anticipation of a merge conflict with the media tree, where
the old values are already taken by RBG888_1X24, RGB888_1X32_PADHI, and
VUY8_1X24, respectively.

Commit 9e74d2926a28 ("staging: imx-drm: add LVDS666 support for parallel
display") describes a 24-bit bus format where three 6-bit components each
take the lower part of 8 bits with the two high bits zero padded. Add a
component-wise padded media bus format RGB666_1X24_CPADHI to support this
connection.

This patch adds three new RGB media bus formats that describe
18-bit or 24-bit samples transferred over an LVDS bus with three
or four differential data pairs, serialized into 7 time slots,
using standard SPWG/PSWG/VESA or JEIDA data ordering.

In order to have subsytem agnostic media bus format definitions we've
moved media bus definition to include/uapi/linux/media-bus-format.h and
prefixed them with MEDIA_BUS_FMT instead of V4L2_MBUS_FMT.

add new enum entries for supporting the media-bus formats on dm365.
These include some bayer and some non-bayer formats.
V4L2_MBUS_FMT_YDYUYDYV8_1X16 and V4L2_MBUS_FMT_UV8_1X8 are used
internal to the hardware by the resizer.
V4L2_MBUS_FMT_SBGGR10_ALAW8_1X8 represents the bayer ALAW format
that is supported by dm365 hardware.

This patch adds media bus pixel code for the interleaved JPEG/UYVY
image format used by S5C73MX Samsung cameras. This interleaved image
data is transferred on MIPI-CSI2 bus as User Defined Byte-based Data.
It also defines an experimental vendor and device specific media bus
formats section and adds related DocBook documentation.

The patch utility doesn't work with non-binary files. This causes some
tools to break, like generating tarball targets and the scripts that
generate diff patches at http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/.
So, let's convert all binaries to ascii using base64, and add a
logic at Makefile to convert them back into binaries at runtime.

This patch addresses several issues pointed by Randy Dunlap
<rdunlap@xenotime.net> at changeset ece722c:
- In the generated index.html file, "media" is listed first, but it
should be listed in alphabetical order, not first.
- The generated files are (hidden) in .tmpmedia/
- The link from the top-level index.html file to "media" is to
media/index.html, but the file is actually in .tmpmedia/media/index.html
- Please build docs with and without using "O=builddir" and test that.
- Would it be possible for media to have its own Makefile instead of
merging into this one?
Due to the way cleandocs target works, I had to rename the media DocBook
to media_api, otherwise cleandocs would remove the /media directory.
