Split the dp core driver from exynos directory to bridge directory,
and rename the core driver to analogix_dp_*, rename the platform
code to exynos_dp.
Beside the new analogix_dp driver would export six hooks.
"analogix_dp_bind()" and "analogix_dp_unbind()"
"analogix_dp_suspned()" and "analogix_dp_resume()"
"analogix_dp_detect()" and "analogix_dp_get_modes()"
The bind/unbind symbols is used for analogix platform driver to connect
with analogix_dp core driver. And the detect/get_modes is used for analogix
platform driver to init the connector.
They reason why connector need register in helper driver is rockchip drm
haven't implement the atomic API, but Exynos drm have implement it, so
there would need two different connector helper functions, that's why we
leave the connector register in helper driver.

Commit a9fa852886fd ("drm/exynos: dp: add of_graph dt binding support
for panel") made the Exynos DP DT binding more consistent since the OF
graph could be used to lookup either a panel or a bridge device node.
Before that commit, a panel would be looked up using a phandle and a
bridge using the OF graph which made the DT binding not consistent.
But the patch broke the later case since not finding a panel dev node
would cause the driver's to do a probe deferral instead of attempting
to lookup a bridge device node associated with the remote endpoint.
So instead of returning a -EPROBE_DEFER if a panel is not found, check
if there's a bridge and only do a probe deferral if both aren't found.

- Support runtime pm
. In case of most ARM SoC, each IP has each power domain which should be
controlled by each IP driver using runtime pm interface. So this patch
series makes each IP driver to control its own power domain when
drm dpms is requested.
- Support of_graph based dt binding for DP panel.
. This patch series adds of_graph based dt binding for DP panel.
And also it keeps backward compatibility. This includes dt binding
patch so I got Acked-by from Krzysztof Kozlowski who is a Exynos
SoC maintainer and from Rob Herring who is a device tree maintainer.

This patch adds of_graph dt binding support for panel device
and also keeps the backward compatibility.
i.e.,
The dts file for Exynos5800 based peach pi board
has a panel property so we need to keep the backward compatibility.

Let pm_runtime handle the enabling/disabling of the device with
proper refcnt instead of rely on specific flags to track the enabled
state.

This patch removes unnecessary pm suspend/resume functions.
All kms sub drivers will be controlled by top of Exynos drm driver
and connector dpms so these sub drivers shouldn't have their own
pm interfaces.

struct exynos_drm_encoder was justing wrapping struct drm_encoder, it had
only a drm_encoder member and the internal exynos_drm_encoders ops that
was directly mapped to the drm_encoder helper funcs.
So now exynos DRM uses struct drm_encoder directly, this removes
completely the struct exynos_drm_encoder.
v2: add empty .mode_fixup() and .mode_set() to DSI and DPI to avoid null
pointer.

This functions was just hiding the encoder and connector creation in
a way that was less clean than if we get rid of it. For example,
exynos_encoder ops had .create_connector() defined only because we were
handing off the encoder and connector creation to
exynos_drm_create_enc_conn(). Without this function we can directly call
the create_connector function internally in the code, without the need of
any vtable access.
It also does some refactoring in the code like creating a bind function
for dpi devices.

exynos_dp_commit() was getting called twice by exynos encoder core, once
inside the .enable() call and another time by .commit() itself.
The remove of the second call caused the wake of a bug, the operations
orders inside exynos_dp_commit was wrong and we had to move
exynos_dp_start_video() to be the last operation in there.

This struct was just representing encoder information, it was a member of
struct exynos_drm_encoder, so any code trying to access encoder data would
have to go through the encoder struct, get the display struct and then get
the data it want.
During this patchset we also realized that the only data
exynos_drm_encoder needs to store is the drm_encoder parent and the
exynos_drm_encoder_ops.

phy_power_on() and phy_power_off() already checks for NULL pointer.
This patch removes the wrappers exynos_dp_phy_init() and
exynos_dp_phy_exit() since the only think they were doing was a check for
NULL phy.

In case there are multiple pipelines and deferred probe occurs, only components
of the first pipeline were bound. As a result only one pipeline was available.
The main cause of this issue was dynamic generation of component match table -
every component driver during probe registered itself on helper list, if there
was at least one pipeline present on this list component match table were
created without deferred components.
This patch removes this helper list, instead it creates match table from
existing devices requiring exynos_drm KMS drivers. This way match table do not
depend on probe/deferral order and contains all KMS components.
As a side effect patch makes the code cleaner and significantly smaller.

Run dpms operations through the atomic intefaces. This basically removes
the .dpms() callback from econders and crtcs and use .disable() and
.enable() to turn the crtc on and off.

the atomic helper library. The helpers will work to keep track of state

Disabling the CONFIG_DRM_EXYNOS_FIMD (e.g. by enabling of CONFIG_FB_S3C)
leads to build error:

Fix this by changing direct call to fimd_dp_clock_enable() into optional
call to exynos_drm_crtc_ops->clock_enable(). Only the DRM_EXYNOS_FIMD
implements this op.

After adding display power domain for Exynos5250 in commit
2d2c9a8d0a4f ("ARM: dts: add display power domain for exynos5250") the
display on Chromebook Snow and others stopped working after boot.
The reason for this suggested Andrzej Hajda: the DP clock was disabled.
This clock is required by Display Port and is enabled by bootloader.
However when FIMD driver probing was deferred, the display power domain
was turned off. This effectively reset the value of DP clock enable
register.
When exynos-dp is later probed, the clock is not enabled and display is
not properly configured:

Use driver internal struct as argument instead of struct exynos_drm_crtc
except functions of exynos_drm_crtc_ops and instead of struct
exynos_drm_display except functions of exynos_drm_display_ops.

exynos_drm_display is used by internal Exynos DRM framework for
representing encoder:connector pair. As it should be mapped 1:1 to dp
private context it seems more reasonable to embed it directly in that context.
As a result further code simplification will be possible.
Moreover it will be possible to handle multiple dp devices in the system.

Rename the defines to have levels instead of values for vswing and
pre-emph levels as the values may differ in other scenarios like low vswing of
eDP1.4 where the values are different.
Done using following cocci patch for each define:

drm/panel: Changes for v3.17-rc1
Panels can now be more finely controlled via .prepare() and .unprepare()
callbacks in addition to .enable() and .disable(). New kerneldoc details
what they are supposed to do and when they should be called.
The simple panel driver gained support for a couple of new panels and it
is now possible to specify additional delays during power up and power
down sequences if panels require it.
DSI devices can now advertise that they support non-continuous clock
mode which will allow DSI host controllers to disable the high speed
clock after transmissions to save power.

This reverts commit d089621896c3530a9bd309f96e9c9124d07f6c3f was
original to prevent multiple MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE in one module.
Which, as a side-effect broke autoloading of the module.
Since 21bdd17b21b45ea48e06e23918d681afbe0622e9 it is possible to have
multiple calls to MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE, so the patch can be
reverted to restore support for autoloading

This patch makes sure that exynos drm framework handles deferred
probe case correctly.
Sub drivers could be probed before resources, clock, regulator,
phy or panel, are ready for them so we should make sure that exynos
drm core waits until all resources are ready and sub drivers are
probed correctly.
Chagelog v2:
- Make sure that exynos drm core tries to bind sub drivers only in case that
they have a pair: crtc and encoder/connector components should be a pair.
- Remove unnecessary patch:
drm/exynos: mipi-dsi: consider panel driver-deferred probe
- Return error type correctly.

Use DPCD defines of drm_dp_helper.h; thus, duplicated DPCD defines
of exynos_dp_core.h can be removed. Also, DP_TEST_EDID_CHECKSUM
define is added to drm_dp_helper.h. There is no functional change.

Certain bridge chips use a GPIO to indicate the cable status instead
of the I_DP_HPD pin. This adds an optional device-tree property,
"samsung,hpd-gpio", to the exynos-dp controller which indicates that
the specified GPIO should be used for hotplug detection.
The GPIO is then set up as an edge-triggered interrupt where the
rising edge indicates hotplug-in and the falling edge indicates hotplug-out.

This patch adds component framework support to resolve
the probe order issue.
Until now, exynos drm had used codes specific to exynos drm
to resolve that issue so with this patch, the specific codes
are removed.

Many drm connectors do not need mode validation.
The patch makes this callback optional and removes dumb implementations.

This patch removes MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE definition to of_device_id
of DP and MIPI-DSI drivers.
Eyxnos drm should be built as single module so these definitions
should be removed.
