rename exynos4-is/ to samsung/exynos4-is/.

Add a function to test if a pad is part of a pipeline currently
streaming, and use it through drivers to replace direct access to the
stream_count field. This will help reworking pipeline start/stop without
disturbing drivers.

The implementation of strscpy() is more robust and safer.
That's now the recommended way to copy NUL terminated strings.

Instead of relying on media subtype, use the new macros to detect
if an entity is a subdev or an A/V DMA entity.
Please note that most drivers assume that there's just AV_DMA or
V4L2 subdevs. This is not true anymore, as we've added MC support
for DVB, and there are plans to add support for ALSA and FB/DRM
too.
Ok, on the current pipelines supported by those drivers, just V4L
stuff are there, but, assuming that some day a pipeline that also
works with other subsystems will ever added, it is better to add
explicit checks for the AV_DMA stuff.

are needed by some driver-specific interface header.
The headers used on drivers were manually moved using:

support in this kernel release so remove code that would have been
actually not used any more.

Move __fimc_videoc_querycap() function to the common exynos4-is-common.ko
module so it don't need to be reimplemented in multiple video node drivers
of the exynos4-is.
