	Do some adjustments at the per-vendor Kconfig, adding a comment at the beginning in order to identify the manufacturer, and adjust a few entries to make them look more uniform. 	As there are 4 manufacturer's directories with multiple sources (qcom, rockchip, sti and sunxi), move the sources from platform/Kconfig to their specific Konfig files.
