Use bitmap_zalloc()/bitmap_free() instead of hand-writing them.
It is less verbose and it improves the semantic.
While at it, remove a useless bitmap_zero(). The bitmap is already zeroed

The TID returned during successful filter creation is relative to
the region in which the filter is created. Using it directly always
returns Hi Prio/Normal filter region's entry for the first couple of
entries, even though the rule is actually inserted in Hash region.
Fix by analyzing in which region the filter has been inserted and
save the absolute TID to be used for lookup later.

When using firmware-assisted PHY firmware image write to flash,
halt the chip before beginning the flash write operation to allow
the running firmware to store the image persistently. Otherwise,
the running firmware will only store the PHY image in local on-chip

In this test, loopback pkt is created and sent on default queue.
The packet goes until the Multi Port Switch (MPS) just before
the MAC and based on the specified channel number, it either
goes outside the wire on one of the physical ports or looped
back to Rx path by MPS. In this case, we're specifying loopback
channel, instead of physical ports, so the packet gets looped
back to Rx path, instead of getting transmitted on the wire.

As per 802.3-2005, Section Two, Annex 28B, Table 28B-2 [1], when
_only_ Rx pause is enabled, both symmetric and asymmetric pause
towards local device must be enabled. Also, firmware returns the local
device's flow control pause params as part of advertised capabilities
and negotiated params as part of current link attributes. So, fix up
ethtool's flow control pause params fetch logic to read from acaps,
instead of linkattr.

We were returning DUPLEX_UNKNOWN in get_link_ksettings() when
the link was down. Unfortunately, this causes a problem when
"ethtool -s autoneg on" is issued for a link which is down because
the ethtool code first reads the settings and then reapplies them
with only the changes provided on the command line. Which results
in us diving into set_link_ksettings() with DUPLEX_UNKNOWN which is
not DUPLEX_FULL, so set_link_ksettings() throws an -EINVAL error.
do not return DUPLEX_UNKNOWN to fix the issue.
