2011-03-23mlx4_en: Using blue flame supportYevgeny Petrilin1-1/+3
Doorbell is used according to usage of BlueFlame. For Blue Flame to work in Ethernet mode QP number should have 0 at bits 6,7. Allocating range of QPs accordingly. Signed-off-by: Yevgeny Petrilin <yevgenyp@mellanox.co.il> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2011-03-23mlx4_en: Enabling new steeringYevgeny Petrilin1-0/+1
The mlx4_en module now uses the new steering mechanism. The RX packets are now steered through the MCG table instead of Mac table for unicast, and default entry for multicast. The feature is enabled through INIT_HCA Signed-off-by: Yevgeny Petrilin <yevgenyp@mellanox.co.il> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

2011-03-23mlx4_en: using new mlx4 interrupt schemeYevgeny Petrilin1-2/+5
Each RX ring will have its own interrupt vector, and TX rings will share one (we mostly use polling for TX completions). The vectors are assigned first time device is opened, and its name includes the interface name and ring number. 2010-10-25IB/mlx4: Add VLAN support for IBoEEli Cohen1-0/+1
This patch allows IBoE traffic to be encapsulated in 802.1Q tagged VLAN frames. The VLAN tag is encoded in the GID and derived from it by a simple computation. The netdev notifier callback is modified to catch VLAN device addition/removal and the port's GID table is updated to reflect the change, so that for each netdevice there is an entry in the GID table. When the port's GID table is exhausted, GID entries will not be added. Only children of the main interfaces can add to the GID table; if a VLAN interface is added on another VLAN interface (e.g. "vconfig add eth2.6 8"), then that interfaces will not add an entry to the GID table. 2010-08-24mlx4_en: reconfiguring mac address.Yevgeny Petrilin1-0/+1
When Mac address is removed from one port of the CX2 device, the other device should reconfigure its Mac. This fixes an issue with failover, when both ports have the same Mac address, and one of the ports, is closed, the second one stops receiving traffic. 2009-08-06mlx4_en: Using real number of rings as RSS map sizeYevgeny Petrilin1-9/+2

2009-06-02mlx4_en: multiqueue supportYevgeny Petrilin1-4/+5
By default the driver opens 8 TX queues (defined by MLX4_EN_NUM_TX_RINGS). If the driver is configured to support Per Priority Flow Control, we open 8 additional TX rings. dev->real_num_tx_queues is always set to be MLX4_EN_NUM_TX_RINGS. The mlx4_en_select_queue() function uses standard hashing (skb_tx_hash) in case that PPFC is not supported or the skb contain a vlan tag, otherwise the queue is selected according to vlan priority. 2009-06-02mlx4_en: Coalescing target is equal for all mtu'sYevgeny Petrilin1-2/+2

2008-10-22mlx4_en: Add driver for Mellanox ConnectX 10GbE NICYevgeny Petrilin1-0/+561
The Mellanox ConnectX can operate as an InfiniBand adapter, as an Ethernet NIC, or as a Fibre Channel (FC) HBA. The kernel has a low-level driver, mlx4_core, which handles multiplexing access to the device, and there is also already an InfiniBad driver, mlx4_ib. This patch adds a new driver, mlx4_en, which implements a standard Ethernet NIC driver.
