The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

Replace the existing /* fall through */ comments and its variants with
the new pseudo-keyword macro fallthrough[1]. Also, remove unnecessary
fall-through markings when it is the case.

The framework is unhappy about them, because it uses the names in sysfs
attributes:
power_supply olpc-ac: hwmon: 'olpc-ac' is not a valid name attribute, please fix
power_supply olpc-battery: hwmon: 'olpc-battery' is not a valid name attribute, please fix

validation for new APIs").

It's based off the driver from the OLPC kernel sources. Somewhat
modernized and cleaned up, for better or worse.
Modified to plug into the olpc-ec driver infrastructure (so that battery
interface and debugfs could be reused) and the SPI slave framework.
