	The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall. This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago. 2010-11-11	serial: Add support for UART on VIA VT8500 and compatibles	Alexey Charkov	1	-0/+648
	This adds a driver for the serial ports found in VIA and WonderMedia Systems-on-Chip. Interrupt-driven FIFO operation is implemented. The hardware also supports pure register-based operation (which is slower) and DMA-based FIFO operation. As the FIFOs are only 16 bytes long, DMA operation is probably not worth the hassle.
