2014-10-20staging: bcm: remove driverJeff Kirsher1-6/+0
The Beceem WiMAX driver was barely function in its current state and was non-functional on 64 bit systems. Based on repeated statements from Greg KH that he wanted the driver removed, I am removing the driver. 2014-02-20Kconfig: Remove useless "default N" linesPaul Bolle1-1/+0
A number of Kconfig entries default to (uppercase) "N". It was clearly intended to use "default n". But since (lowercase) "n" is the default anyway, these lines might as well be removed. Signed-off-by: Paul Bolle <pebolle@tiscali.nl> Signed-off-by: Jiri Kosina <jkosina@suse.cz>
2012-09-17Staging: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL dependanciesGreg Kroah-Hartman1-1/+1
As discussed at the kernel summit this year, CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL means nothing, so let's get rid of it. Cc: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2010-09-08staging: Beeceem USB Wimax driverStephen Hemminger1-0/+7
The Sprint 4G network uses a Wimax dongle with Beecem chipset. The driver is typical of out of tree drivers, but maybe useful for people, and the hardware is readily available. Here is a staging ready version (i.e warts and all) 0. Started with Rel_5.2.7.3P1_USB from Sprint4GDeveloperPack-1.1 1. Consolidated files in staging 2. Remove Dos cr/lf 3. Remove unnecessary ioctl from usbbcm_fops Applied patches that were in the developer pack, surprising there were ones for 2.6.35 already. This is compile tested only, see TODO for what still needs to be done. Signed-off-by: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@vyatta.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
