This was a compat code from the time it had ia_attr_flags.
Instead convert all the cryptic callers that did
((struct ll_iattr *)&op_data->op_attr)->ia_attr_flags into
direct access to op_data->op_attr_flags
This also makes lustre/include/linux/obd.h not needed anymore,
so remove it.

Remove the definition of struct client_obd_lock and the functions
client_obd_list_{init,lock,unlock,done}(). Use spinlock_t for the
cl_{loi,lru}_list_lock members of struct client_obd and call
spin_{lock,unlock}() directly.

In drivers/staging/lustre/lustre/include there was a bunch of .h files
relying on ccflags to be set up right. Make all of them proper relative
paths so that ccflags for different subdirs can be now removed.

dump_trace() is only available on X86. Without it, Lustre's own
watchdog is broken. We can only dump current task's stack.
The client-side this code is much less likely to hit deadlocks and
it's probably OK to drop this altogether, since we hardly have any
ptlrpc threads on clients, most notable ones are ldlm cb threads
that should not really be blocking on the client anyway.
Remove libcfs watchdog for now, until the upstream kernel watchdog
can detect distributed deadlocks and dump other kernel threads.

Lustre is the most deployed distributed file system
in the HPC (High Performance Computing) world. The patch
adds its client side support.
The code is not very clean and needs to live in drivers/staging
for some time for continuing cleanup work. See
drivers/staging/lustre/TODO for details.
The code is based on Lustre master commit faefbfc04
commit faefbfc0460bc00f2ee4c1c1c86aa1e39b9eea49
