2008-07-29sh: migrate to arch/sh/include/Paul Mundt1-27/+0
This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault. 2007-10-22Add CONFIG_DEBUG_SG sg validationJens Axboe1-0/+3
Add a Kconfig entry which will toggle some sanity checks on the sg entry and tables. Signed-off-by: Jens Axboe <jens.axboe@oracle.com>
2007-10-22Change table chaining layoutJens Axboe1-1/+1
Change the page member of the scatterlist structure to be an unsigned long, and encode more stuff in the lower bits: - Bits 0 and 1 zero: this is a normal sg entry. Next sg entry is located at sg + 1. - Bit 0 set: this is a chain entry, the next real entry is at ->page_link with the two low bits masked off. - Bit 1 set: this is the final entry in the sg entry. sg_next() will return NULL when passed such an entry. It's thus important that sg table users use the proper accessors to get and set the page member. Signed-off-by: Jens Axboe <jens.axboe@oracle.com>
2007-05-02PCI: scatterlist.h needs types.hJean Delvare1-0/+2
Most architectures' scatterlist.h use the type dma_addr_t, but omit to include <asm/types.h> which defines it. This could lead to build failures, so let's add the missing includes. 2006-09-27sh: Fix libata build.Paul Mundt1-0/+9
Drop virt_to_bus() from sg_dma_address() so libata builds. While we're at it, move sg_dma_address() and sg_dma_len() from pci.h to scatterlist.h. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
