Change the data type of the following variables from int to bool
across ipvs code:
- found
- loop
- need_full_dest
- need_full_svc
- payload_csum
Also change the following functions to use bool full_entry param
instead of int:
- ip_vs_genl_parse_dest()
- ip_vs_genl_parse_service()
This patch does not change any functionality but makes the source
code slightly easier to read.

Add support for FTP commands with extended format (RFC 2428):
- FTP EPRT: IPv4 and IPv6, active mode, similar to PORT
- FTP EPSV: IPv4 and IPv6, passive mode, similar to PASV.
EPSV response usually contains only port but we allow real
server to provide different address
We restrict control and data connection to be from same
address family.
Allow the "(" and ")" to be optional in PASV response.
Also, add ipvsh argument to the pkt_in/pkt_out handlers to better
access the payload after transport header.

The IPS_NAT_MASK check in 4.12 replaced previous check for nfct_nat()
which was needed to fix a crash in 2.6.36-rc, see
commit 7bcbf81a2296 ("ipvs: avoid oops for passive FTP").
But as IPVS does not set the IPS_SRC_NAT and IPS_DST_NAT bits,
checking for IPS_NAT_MASK prevents PASV response to be properly
mangled and blocks the transfer. Remove the check as it is not
needed after 3.12 commit 41d73ec053d2 ("netfilter: nf_conntrack:
make sequence number adjustments usuable without NAT") which
changes nfct_nat() with nfct_seqadj() and especially after 3.13
commit b25adce16064 ("ipvs: correct usage/allocation of seqadj
ext in ipvs").

This patch removes duplicate rcu_read_lock().
1. IPVS part:
According to Julian Anastasov's mention, contexts of ipvs are described
at: http://marc.info/?l=netfilter-devel&m=149562884514072&w=2, in summary:
- packet RX/TX: does not need locks because packets come from hooks.
- sync msg RX: backup server uses RCU locks while registering new
connections.
- ip_vs_ctl.c: configuration get/set, RCU locks needed.
- xt_ipvs.c: It is a netfilter match, running from hook context.
As result, rcu_read_lock and rcu_read_unlock can be removed from:
- ip_vs_core.c: all
- ip_vs_ctl.c:
- only from ip_vs_has_real_service
- ip_vs_ftp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_sctp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_tcp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_udp.c: all
- ip_vs_xmit.c: all (contains only packet processing)
2. Netfilter part:
There are three types of functions that are guaranteed the rcu_read_lock().
First, as result, functions are only called by nf_hook():
- nf_conntrack_broadcast_help(), pptp_expectfn(), set_expected_rtp_rtcp().
- tcpmss_reverse_mtu(), tproxy_laddr4(), tproxy_laddr6().
- match_lookup_rt6(), check_hlist(), hashlimit_mt_common().
- xt_osf_match_packet().
Second, functions that caller already held the rcu_read_lock().
- destroy_conntrack(), ctnetlink_conntrack_event().
- ctnl_timeout_find_get(), nfqnl_nf_hook_drop().
Third, functions that are mixed with type1 and type2.
These functions are called by nf_hook() also these are called by
ordinary functions that already held the rcu_read_lock():
- __ctnetlink_glue_build(), ctnetlink_expect_event().
- ctnetlink_proto_size().
Applied files are below:
- nf_conntrack_broadcast.c, nf_conntrack_core.c, nf_conntrack_netlink.c.
- nf_conntrack_pptp.c, nf_conntrack_sip.c, nfnetlink_cttimeout.c.
- nfnetlink_queue.c, xt_TCPMSS.c, xt_TPROXY.c, xt_addrtype.c.
- xt_connlimit.c, xt_hashlimit.c, xt_osf.c

The commit ab8bc7ed864b9c4f1fcb00a22bbe4e0f66ce8003
("netfilter: remove nf_ct_is_untracked")
changed the line
if (ct && !nf_ct_is_untracked(ct) && nfct_nat(ct)) {
to
if (ct && nfct_nat(ct)) {
meanwhile, the commit 41390895e50bc4f28abe384c6b35ac27464a20ec
("netfilter: ipvs: don't check for presence of nat extension")
from ipvs-next had changed the same line to
if (ct && !nf_ct_is_untracked(ct) && (ct->status & IPS_NAT_MASK)) {
When ipvs-next got merged into nf-next, the merge resolution took
the first version, dropping the conversion of nfct_nat().
While this doesn't cause a problem at the moment, it will once we stop
adding the nat extension by default.

The kernel used to contain two functions for length-delimited,
case-insensitive string comparison, strnicmp with correct semantics and
a slightly buggy strncasecmp. The latter is the POSIX name, so strnicmp
was renamed to strncasecmp, and strnicmp made into a wrapper for the new
strncasecmp to avoid breaking existing users.
To allow the compat wrapper strnicmp to be removed at some point in the
future, and to avoid the extra indirection cost, do
s/strnicmp/strncasecmp/g.

The assumption that dest af is equal to service af is now unreliable, so we
must specify it manually so as not to copy just the first 4 bytes of a v6
address or doing an illegal read of 16 butes on a v6 address.
We "lie" in two places: for synchronization (which we will explicitly
disallow from happening when we have heterogeneous pools) and for black
hole addresses where there's no real dest.

We use locks like tcp_app_lock, udp_app_lock,
sctp_app_lock to protect access to the protocol hash tables
from readers in packet context while the application
instances (inc) are [un]registered under global mutex.
As the hash tables are mostly read when conns are
created and bound to app, use RCU for readers and reclaim
app instance after grace period.
Simplify ip_vs_app_inc_get because we use usecnt
only for statistics and rely on module refcounting.

Connection hash table is now name space aware.
i.e. net ptr >> 8 is xor:ed to the hash,
and this is the first param to be compared.
The net struct is 0xa40 in size ( a little bit smaller for 32 bit arch:s)
and cache-line aligned, so a ptr >> 5 might be a more clever solution ?
All lookups where net is compared uses net_eq() which returns 1 when netns
is disabled, and the compiler seems to do something clever in that case.
ip_vs_conn_fill_param() have *net as first param now.
Three new inlines added to keep conn struct smaller
when names space is disabled.

Add more code to IPVS to work with Netfilter connection
tracking and fix some problems.
- Allow IPVS to be compiled without connection tracking as in
2.6.35 and before. This can avoid keeping conntracks for all
IPVS connections because this costs memory. ip_vs_ftp still
depends on connection tracking and NAT as implemented for 2.6.36.
- Add sysctl var "conntrack" to enable connection tracking for
all IPVS connections. For loaded IPVS directors it needs
tuning of nf_conntrack_max limit.
- Add IP_VS_CONN_F_NFCT connection flag to request the connection
to use connection tracking. This allows user space to provide this
flag, for example, in dest->conn_flags. This can be useful to
request connection tracking per real server instead of forcing it
for all connections with the "conntrack" sysctl. This flag is
set currently only by ip_vs_ftp and of course by "conntrack" sysctl.
- Add ip_vs_nfct.c file to hold all connection tracking code,
by this way main code should not depend of netfilter conntrack
support.
- Return back the ip_vs_post_routing handler as in 2.6.35 and use
skb->ipvs_property=1 to allow IPVS to work without connection
tracking
Connection tracking:
- most of the code is already in 2.6.36-rc
- alter conntrack reply tuple for LVS-NAT connections when first packet
from client is forwarded and conntrack state is NEW or RELATED.
Additionally, alter reply for RELATED connections from real server,
again for packet in original direction.
- add IP_VS_XMIT_TUNNEL to confirm conntrack (without altering
reply) for LVS-TUN early because we want to call nf_reset. It is
needed because we add IPIP header and the original conntrack
should be preserved, not destroyed. The transmitted IPIP packets
can reuse same conntrack, so we do not set skb->ipvs_property.
- try to destroy conntrack when the IPVS connection is destroyed.
It is not fatal if conntrack disappears before that, it depends
on the used timers.
Fix problems from long time:
- add skb->ip_summed = CHECKSUM_NONE for the LVS-TUN transmitters

- Do not create expectation when forwarding the PORT
command to avoid blocking the connection. The problem is that
nf_conntrack_ftp.c:help() tries to create the same expectation later in
POST_ROUTING and drops the packet with "dropping packet" message after
failure in nf_ct_expect_related.
- Change ip_vs_update_conntrack to alter the conntrack
for related connections from real server. If we do not alter the reply in
this direction the next packet from client sent to vport 20 comes as NEW
connection. We alter it but may be some collision happens for both
conntracks and the second conntrack gets destroyed immediately. The
connection stucks too.

Use nf_conntrack/nf_nat code to do the packet mangling and the TCP
sequence adjusting. The function 'ip_vs_skb_replace' is now dead
code, so it is removed.
To SNAT FTP, use something like:
% iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -m ipvs --vaddr 192.168.100.30/32 \
--vport 21 -j SNAT --to-source 192.168.10.10
and for the data connections in passive mode:
% iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -m ipvs --vaddr 192.168.100.30/32 \
--vportctl 21 -j SNAT --to-source 192.168.10.10
using '-m state --state RELATED' would also works.
Make sure the kernel modules ip_vs_ftp, nf_conntrack_ftp, and

percpu.h is included by sched.h and module.h and thus ends up being
included when building most .c files. percpu.h includes slab.h which
in turn includes gfp.h making everything defined by the two files
universally available and complicating inclusion dependencies.
percpu.h -> slab.h dependency is about to be removed. Prepare for
this change by updating users of gfp and slab facilities include those
headers directly instead of assuming availability. As this conversion
needs to touch large number of source files, the following script is
used as the basis of conversion.
http://userweb.kernel.org/~tj/misc/slabh-sweep.py
The script does the followings.
* Scan files for gfp and slab usages and update includes such that
only the necessary includes are there. ie. if only gfp is used,
gfp.h, if slab is used, slab.h.
* When the script inserts a new include, it looks at the include
blocks and try to put the new include such that its order conforms
to its surrounding. It's put in the include block which contains
core kernel includes, in the same order that the rest are ordered -
alphabetical, Christmas tree, rev-Xmas-tree or at the end if there
doesn't seem to be any matching order.
* If the script can't find a place to put a new include (mostly
because the file doesn't have fitting include block), it prints out
an error message indicating which .h file needs to be added to the
file.
The conversion was done in the following steps.
1. The initial automatic conversion of all .c files updated slightly
over 4000 files, deleting around 700 includes and adding ~480 gfp.h
and ~3000 slab.h inclusions. The script emitted errors for ~400
files.
2. Each error was manually checked. Some didn't need the inclusion,
some needed manual addition while adding it to implementation .h or
embedding .c file was more appropriate for others. This step added
inclusions to around 150 files.
3. The script was run again and the output was compared to the edits
from #2 to make sure no file was left behind.
4. Several build tests were done and a couple of problems were fixed.
e.g. lib/decompress_*.c used malloc/free() wrappers around slab
APIs requiring slab.h to be added manually.
5. The script was run on all .h files but without automatically
editing them as sprinkling gfp.h and slab.h inclusions around .h
files could easily lead to inclusion dependency hell. Most gfp.h
inclusion directives were ignored as stuff from gfp.h was usually
wildly available and often used in preprocessor macros. Each
slab.h inclusion directive was examined and added manually as
necessary.
6. percpu.h was updated not to include slab.h.
7. Build test were done on the following configurations and failures
were fixed. CONFIG_GCOV_KERNEL was turned off for all tests (as my
distributed build env didn't work with gcov compiles) and a few
more options had to be turned off depending on archs to make things
build (like ipr on powerpc/64 which failed due to missing writeq).
* x86 and x86_64 UP and SMP allmodconfig and a custom test config.
* powerpc and powerpc64 SMP allmodconfig
* sparc and sparc64 SMP allmodconfig
* ia64 SMP allmodconfig
* s390 SMP allmodconfig
* alpha SMP allmodconfig
* um on x86_64 SMP allmodconfig
8. percpu.h modifications were reverted so that it could be applied as
a separate patch and serve as bisection point.
Given the fact that I had only a couple of failures from tests on step
6, I'm fairly confident about the coverage of this conversion patch.
If there is a breakage, it's likely to be something in one of the arch
headers which should be easily discoverable easily on most builds of
the specific arch.

NIPQUAD has very few uses left.
Remove this use and make the code have the identical form of the only
other use of "%u,%u,%u,%u,%u,%u" in net/ipv4/netfilter/nf_nat_ftp.c

Use the same format string as net/ipv4/netfilter/nf_nat_ftp.c
to encode an ipv4 address and port.
Both uses should be a single common function.

Since pr_err and friends are used instead of printk there is no point
in keeping IP_VS_ERR and friends. Furthermore make use of '__func__'
instead of hard coded function names.
