	epoll build fails to find pthread lib. Fix Makefile to use LDLIBS instead of LDFLAGS. 	This adds the promised selftest for epoll. It will verify the wakeups of epoll. Including leaf and nested mode, epoll_wait() and poll() and multi-threads.
