dt-bindings: vendor-prefixes: add smartrg
SmartRG described itself as a CPE manufacturer and produced few home
network devices (e.g. wireless routers). Their SmartRG SR400ac router
(smartrg,sr400ac) is covered by in-Linux DT binding and DTS file.
