Merge branch 'drm-fixes-5.1' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~agd5f/linux into drm-fixes
Fixes for 5.1:
- Fix for pcie dpm
- Powerplay fixes for vega20
- Fix vbios display on reboot if driver display state is retained
- Gfx9 resume robustness fix
