pinctrl: renesas: rzg2l: Acquire lock in rzg2l_pinctrl_pm_setup_pfc()
To keep consistency with rzg2l_pinctrl_set_pfc_mode(), acquire the lock
in rzg2l_pinctrl_pm_setup_pfc() during PFC setup.
