MAINTAINERS: Add driver core headers to DRIVER CORE maintainers
According to get_maintainer.pl output, there are neither maintainer
nor supporter for the following driver core headers:
include/linux/device.h
include/linux/device/
Add them to DRIVER CORE maintainers.
