arm64: dts: imx93-11x11-evk: remove fec property eee-broken-1000t
The 'eee-broken-1000t' flag disables Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) on 1G
links as a workaround for PTP sync issues on older i.MX6 platforms.
Remove it since the i.MX93 have not such issue.
