s390/mm/hugetlbfs: Remove huge_pte_none() / huge_pte_none_mostly()
Slightly cleanup arch/s390/include/asm/hugetlb.h:
- Remove huge_pte_none() / huge_pte_none_mostly() which are identical
to the generic variants
- Coding style adjustments
