ARM: dts: imx6: add #address-cells for gsc@20
Add #address-cells for gsc20 to fix below CHECK_DTB warning:
arch/arm/boot/dts/nxp/imx/imx6dl-gw51xx.dtb: gsc@20 (gw,gsc): '#address-cells' is a required property
