Merge branch 'remotes/lorenzo/pci/endpoint'
- Complete PCI endpoint removal so a subsequent add doesn't fail with
-EBUSY (Alan Mikhak)
- Pay attention to PCI endpoint fixed-size BARs (Alan Mikhak)
