ASoC: mediatek: mt8183: support left justified format for I2S
MT8183 audio platform supports EIAJ and I2S formats. The code fixed to
use I2S format in the past.
Supports EIAJ mode via set_fmt ops and preserves to use I2S format as
the default format intentionally.
