scsi: scsi_debug: Add READ BLOCK LIMITS and modify LOAD for tapes
The changes:
- Add READ BLOCK LIMITS (512 - 1048576 bytes)
- Make LOAD send New Media UA (not correct by the standard, but makes
possible to test also this UA)
