mmc: sdhci: Reorganize sdhci_finish_mrq() and __sdhci_finish_mrq()
In preparation for removing finish_tasklet, reorganize sdhci_finish_mrq()
and __sdhci_finish_mrq() to separate the tasklet scheduling from other
processing.
