Pull clk updates from Stephen Boyd:
"Mostly the usual clk driver updates and new SoC additions plus
non-critical data fixes for things that weren't used yet.
One thing that's new here in the core is SSC spread spectrum support
(SSC) in the clk provider API. The idea is that DT authors will
configure SSC for certain clks and they'll be configured at clk
provider registration time or when a consumer device is probed,
similar to how we handle assigned clk rates or parents.
On the clk driver side we have Qualcomm adding almost half the diff
because they add support for 4 different SoCs and then a long tail of
other SoCs like Mediatek, Renesas, Rockchip, SpaceMiT, etc. add more
SoC support this time around. Luckily it's mostly clk data for these
new SoCs because the actual clk_ops are already there. Beyond the new
drivers we get all the little fixups for more compilation coverage or
usage of more modern APIs. That all looks normal.
Finally, I kinda buried the lede, I'm bringing on Brian and Jerome to
help out with maintaining the clk subsystem. The current working model
is already semi-distributed in that silicon vendors typically take
care of their drivers and send me pull requests but I'm becoming a
bottleneck for new drivers and core framework review because this has
become a 100% volunteer effort on my part.
Mike is stepping down after all these years (thanks Mike!) and that
jump started the conversation around finding co-maintainers. Brian and
Jerome have graciously offered to help me with the work load, meaning
in the future they'll be sending pull requests and committing directly
to the clk.git tree. They've both been around on the list for a while,
I've met them both in person, and they've been making changes to the
core clk framework along with helping review patches so I'm pretty
confident this will work well.

Pull SoC devicetree updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"There are two new mystery SoCs with very little public information
about them so far, Qualcomm's Cortex-A78C based "Shikra" and Altera's
Cortex-A720 based Agilex72 SOCFPGA.
We have also gained support for a couple of SoCs from the 2023/2024
timeframe that have been in the making for a while:
- The Apple platform gains support for M3 Pro, Max and Ultra SoC,
following the basic M3 support from 7.2.
- Samsung Exynos 1580 is a high-end mobile phone SoC from 2024
- Canaan K230 is a RISC-V based 64-bit AI SoC, based on the earlier
K210 chip
- Sophgo SG2000 is a mixed Arm/RISC-V chip that was already supported
using the Arm core but is now also added for RISC-V along with
several other variants of the cv18xx series
In terms of newly added machines we have reference platforms for all
the chips above, plus
- Only four 32-bit Arm boards: two older phones and two older
industrial/embedded boards; using Allwinner, Qualcomm and Rockchip
SoCs
- Three laptops und three phones using Qualcomm SoCs
- Ten 64-bit Rockchips based single-board computers, along with one
NAS box and a game console.
- Seven industrial/embedded boards and modules using NXP i.MX8/9
SoCs.
- A Lenovo desktop box based on NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX
- A few more single-board computers based on Allwinnner A133,
Spacemit K1 and TI AM62.
As usual, there is a constant stream of minor cleanups and fixes
towards addressing the 'dt-check-style --mode strict' warnings, and
everyone is expected to address those warnings for new submissions
now"

Convert Texas Instruments keystone PSC clock binding to DT schema.
The vendor-specific 'domain-id' property is intentionally kept without a
"ti," prefix to preserve existing ABI since driver and existing board
file use property without "ti," prefix.
Also update the reference to this binding in ti,keystone-rproc.txt to
point at the new filename.

Convert TI clockdomain to yaml DT schema. Drop '#clock-cells' from the
required list as this binding doesn't define a new clock binding type,
it is used to group existing clock nodes under hardware hierarchy. Most
existing dts omit '#clock-cells'.
Update the reference to the old legacy text binding in the description
of bindings/clock/ti/ti,gate-clock.yaml to point to the new YAML file.

Pull clk patches from Brian Masney:
- New clock controller drivers for the Cix Sky1 audio subsystem (AUDSS),
UltraRISC DP1000, and MediaTek MT8173 MFG_TOP, along with their devicetree
bindings. Si549 support was added to the existing si544 driver.
- New clock and reset support for the Aspeed AST2700 PECI controller and Airoha
EN7523 PCIe PERSTOUT reset lines.
- The clk core gains devm_clk_bulk_get_enable() as the mandatory counterpart to
the existing optional variant, and exports
devm_clk_hw_register_composite_pdata() for modular drivers.
- Tegra gets a proper EMC clock implementation for Tegra114, 48MHz pll_p_out1
support needed for UEFI on Surface2, and the Xilinx clocking-wizard gains PLL
charge pump/lock parameter programming during dynamic reconfiguration.
- Bug fixes for a NULL pointer dereference from uninitialized clk_init_data in
the eswin driver, an IO remap leak in the MediaTek pllfh error path, inverted
gate control for MT8135 devapc_ck, a missing OF node put in tegra124-emc on
registration failure, a prepare reference leak in the palmas driver,
unregistered PLLs on MT6735 probe failure, a missing kasprintf NULL check in
pmc_atom, PCIe warm boot instability in the Airoha EN7523 driver, and a
clocking-wizard clock difference detection bug.
- Various cleanups across tegra, st, and mvebu providers to stop misusing the
consumer clock API, along with other minor fixes and improvements.

Add the clock binding header and schema for the Rockchip RV1106 clock
and reset unit. The clock IDs are numbered continuously from 0, in the
same way as the RV1103B. The header also covers the MMC drive and
sample phase clocks, which the CRU provides using control registers in
the GRF region.
The RV1103 is a package variant of the RV1106 and uses the same CRU.

The Qualcomm Shikra GPU clock controller is similar to QCM2290 GPUCC
hardware block, with same set of clocks and minor other differences.
Hence reuse the QCM2290 header file for Shikra and document the
Qualcomm Shikra GPUCC compatible.

Add the missing power-domains property to associate DISPCC with RPMPD_CX.
This is to ensure the genpd performance state votes on the GDSC to get
propagated to the CX rail and to avoid the rail under-voltage conditions.
This change breaks ABI, as the power-domains property is marked as
required.

Add Device Tree binding documentation for the display clock controller
on the Qualcomm Nord SoC.
The Nord platform contains two instances of the display clock controller,

the Qualcomm Maili SoC by extending the existing Qualcomm Hawi GCC
bindings, since the Maili GCC is identical to the Hawi GCC apart

Add bindings documentation for TCSR clock controller on the
Qualcomm Maili SoC.
Maili is a derivative of the Hawi SoC and the tcsr clock controller
is identical to that of Hawi. Therefore Maili uses the fallback
compatible to reuse the Hawi tcsrcc driver.

Document the RPMH clock controller for the Qualcomm Maili SoC.

gcc-mdm9607.c uses "fw_name", so it requires specifying the "xo" and
"sleep_clk" clock source in the device tree. For some reason, this was
never documented in the dt-bindings. Nowadays, qcom,gcc-mdm9607 has a
dedicated schema, so we can just add it to the properties without any
additional conditionals.

The MFG (GPU) block on the MT8173 has a small glue layer, named MFG_TOP
in the datasheet, that contains clock gates, some power sequence signal
delays, and other unknown registers that get toggled when the GPU is
powered on.
The clock gates are exposed as clocks provided by a clock controller,
while the power sequencing bits are exposed as one singular power domain.

Adding Si549 compatible, which uses different internal oscillator
frequency. Like in Si544 case, there are three types ending with
latters a,b and c. Each with different maximum output frequency.
Also fix datasheet links after Silicon Labs acquisition by
Skyworks Solutions.

Mahua shares the same QREF TX/RPT/RX component naming as Glymur, but has a
different topology: a single QREF block fed by REFGEN4 only, rather than
the two independent blocks fed by REFGEN3 and REFGEN4 on Glymur.
Add qcom,mahua-tcsr compatible and document its required supply
properties. Note that REFGEN4 is supplied by regulators vdda-refgen3-1p2
and vdda-refgen3-0p9 on Mahua.

The QREF block supplies reference clocks to PCIe PHYs and requires
dedicated LDO supplies to operate. The digital control interface for QREF
(clkref_en registers) resides in TCSR on glymur. Since QREF has no
dedicated DT node of its own, these supply properties are placed in the
TCSR node which acts as the control interface for QREF.
Add a dedicated binding file for qcom,glymur-tcsr and document the supply
properties. As this binding will grow to cover more SoCs, mark the
required supplies per compatible using an allOf/if/then conditional.

The Versal NET clock controller compatible is specified as:
compatible = "xlnx,versal-net-clk", "xlnx,versal-clk";
with xlnx,versal-clk listed as fallback. The original binding had
two separate if/then blocks - one matching xlnx,versal-clk (2 clocks)
and another matching xlnx,versal-net-clk (3 clocks). Since both
compatible strings are present, both conditions matched simultaneously
and JSON Schema applied the more restrictive 2-clock constraint,
causing false "too long" validation errors for Versal NET.
Define clock-names at the top-level and use if/then only to constrain
the clock count (2 for Versal, 3 for Versal NET). Add a dedicated
example for the Versal NET 3-clock configuration.

The ZynqMP clock controller binding shares only #clock-cells with the
Versal bindings. Move it to a dedicated xlnx,zynqmp-clk.yaml schema.
Also remove "(Optional clock)" from clock description because it is visible
from schema itself.
Also update versal-firmware example to match changes in
xlnx,zynqmp-firmware.yaml.

The clock-names pattern "^mio_clk[00-77]+.*$" was intended to constrain
the MIO index to the valid range 00..77 (ZynqMP has 78 MIO pins),
but a regex character class cannot express a multi-digit decimal range.
Replace the bogus character class with an explicit alternation that
enumerates the two-digit decimal values 00..77.

The GDSCs provided by the Glymur GCC are supplied by the RPMh CX power
domain. Model that parent domain in the GCC binding so the provider can
describe the dependency in devicetree.
Add a single CX power-domain entry to the binding and make it required,
matching the hardware description needed by the GCC node.

Reverse the logic within "if:then:" when expecting "required-opps"
property to have negative list of only variants which do not require
these. VIDEOCC on SM8650 does not need "required-opps" as explained in
the commit 6720e8dbcb1b ("dt-bindings: clock: qcom: Drop required-opps
in required on sm8650 videocc"). Requirement on VIDEOCC on SM8475 is
not known.
Reverting the logic in "if:" part has two impacts:
1. Adds requirement of "required-opps" on VIDEOCC on Hamoa (X1E80100),
to match hardware expectation, similarly to existing its variant
X1P42100 (already expressed in DTS).
2. Reduces the chances of forgetting to update constraints when adding
new compatibles (like for X1E80100).

Replace permanently bouncing email addresses (550 5.1.1 Recipient address
